THE TEAM BEHIND RIVERFEAST

Greg & Karen Wittkopp

Greg and Karen are business owners in Bundaberg who fell in love with the Marine College site in Scotland Street when it was placed on the market over 10 years ago.

Imagination and like events in other metro areas inspired them to transform the old boat building shed into a food market/craft beer bar so that the people of bundy and tourists alike could take advantage of the unsurpassable views of the Burnett River whilst enjoying the widest selection of gourmet foods complimented by craft beers ciders and wines.

Trudie Leigo

Trudie joined the RiverFeast team to assist with venues and functions,  curation and promotion of events and community building in early 2016. Trudie has over 15 years experience as an exhibitions and arts consultant, most recently working at the Bundaberg Regional Art Gallery.

Trudie is a freelance arts and community consultant who also works at ABC Wide Bay.

Trudie’s love of beverages, good times and the curation of amazing events which bring communities alive means she loves her work with RiverFeast and can’t wait to see what the future brings.

Michael McGaw

Michael is an all around gun on the RiverFeast team and does anything from pouring beers behind the bar, building pallet furniture, managing inventory, staff and even glassie duties!

He comes from a background in professional photography, which is his other day job and loves working at RiverFeast and seeing the good times it brings.

Jay Feather

Jay Feather is our social media guru! Jay uses her creative marketing skills and her eye for detail to spread the RiverFeast love on our FaceBook and Instagram accounts.  Jay joined the team in early 2017 and brings with her a wealth of creative experience, she holds a degree in Creative Industries and is a professional practicing artist who specialises in painting.
