About WAGS Catering
Wendy and Gary have been in the hospitality industry for decades, operating restaurants and catering services around Queensland. They have returned back to their home town of Bundaberg and WAGS catering is their business venture. Wendy was professionally trained at one of Australia’s leading hospitality colleges early in her career and can design foods to meet the market. They love trying new foods and are currently serving a variety of sweet and savoury French style crepes at RiverFeast.
What they sell?
Savoury crepes including the very popular Chicken Supreme, a tasty creamy chicken mix wrapped in a piping hot crepe. Also on offer the Chicken Peri Peri (for those who like a little spice), and Ham based crepes, such as the Hawaiian and the Tomato. New crepes are always being developed, so watch this space!
Sweet crepes including the best-selling Banoffee with fresh banana and toffee sauce. Also on offer is Lemon Delicious, Brandied Peach, Black Forest and of course the French staple – Crepes Suzette. Cream and unique sauces compliment each dish.
Wherever possible Wendy and Gary source fresh produce from local growers, and all their other products are bought from local wholesalers and stores. They only use Australian grown products.
Where can you find them?
At RiverFeast and local events around the region. Just look for our big white gazebo with the chandelier (all good tents have a chandelier!).
